Our Processes
Our business is systems and process driven. We are able to comprehensively track all client referrals and insurance applications, and our priority is to ensure that our referring professionals are very much part of that information loop.
The process through which we take all our referred clients is fully mapped and tracked. As part of our education process, referring professionals know at what point they may expect a copy of correspondence or a tracking report.
PTC – Prospect to Client –Tracking
All prospective clients are taken through a nine step planning process. Regular reporting is made available to the referring practice so they remain in the information loop.
Application Tracking
All applications are tracked through to completion. Regular reporting is made available to the referring practice so they remain in the information loop.
Client Summary Reports
Once a client’s risk management strategy is finalised, we provide a summary report to the client and the referring professional. This is regularly updated and copies are forwarded to both the client and referring professional.
Our Review Process
Client contracts are reviewed at least annually. However, clients are invited to contact us at any time if their family or financial circumstances change and they would like to revise their strategy.
